Course Narrative: In this Hispanic Testimonies course, I got the chance to read some testimonies and watch documentaries that were also a form of testimonies. The testimonies made real impact on me because the readings were very strong filled with harsh truth of the historical events. In the middle of the course we read a testimony called La noche de Tlatelolco and watched a documentary called Ayotzinapa; Al paso de la torguga which both covered the truth about what happened to those students who were killed back in 1968 along with the 43 students that disappeared in 2014. Both caught my attention because I had already known the basics about what had happened to those students but while reading the testimony and watching the documentary it revealed the cold truth of what actually happened.
